Women's 18-Hole Association
Fall is upon us; this past season is in the books. (Aren’t we glad it was able to happen?) A very sincere thank you to Kathy James and her board for helping us do that. And to top that off, our course is now usable much more of the year thanks to our amazing greens crews. So, let’s play as often as we can. What will the off season look like for you and I? Let’s make the most of our opportunity to prepare for next year’s season. Set goals, make adjustments, learn new tricks, and, yes, practice.
[DID YOU KNOW? The handicap system was invented by a woman. Isette Miller from London helped develop the early versions of the golf handicap system in 1893. Her system took into account the different abilities and experience of the competitors.]
We have next year’s team in place to begin planning for our 2022 season. Please give any ideas or suggestions to each area of responsibility or to me and I will pass it on.

Together for our Club,
LeAnn Larsen
