Notes from the General Manager
I’d like to introduce our new facilities manager, Ryan Olson. Ryan was formerly the facilities manager at Everett G&CC before joining our team. He has a “members first” philosophy, and he loves this industry. I’m very pleased that Ryan joined us.
As one might imagine, the gym has seen a lot of activity in the new year. New Year’s resolutions seem to be holding strong for now. Please remember to sign in and out when you use the gym. It helps us track usage for a variety of bookkeeping and planning needs.
It’s not just the gym that members are frequenting. Have you noticed all the “reserved” signs on restaurant tables? Our restaurant has been busy. I’ve received many compliments about the presentation of the meals, as well as the quality of the specials that Chef Wayne has been creating. I love hearing what we’ve done right, and I also want to hear your suggestions for improvement, so please don’t hesitate to leave a comment card telling me about your dining experiences.
Our membership numbers continue to be strong. We have a waiting list for social memberships and only a few proprietary memberships are still available. If you have friends who may be interested in joining, encourage them to think about doing it sooner rather than later.
Kindly,
Jason Youngsman
